Current Legal Status:
- Combs is being held at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn
- Arrested September 16 by Homeland Security for racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution
- Pleaded not guilty but denied bail twice
- Trial scheduled for May 2025
Combs' legal team has requested a gag order to prevent "extrajudicial statements" that could interfere with his right to a fair trial. These new cases add to approximately dozen other existing sexual abuse complaints against the music mogul.
