Superstruct Entertainment has acquired London-based concert broadcaster Boiler Room, marking another significant shift in the European live events landscape. This acquisition comes less than a year after Superstruct's own sale to KKR in June 2024.

The 15-year-old Boiler Room, previously owned by ticketing platform DICE since 2021, has built an impressive archive of over 8,000 performances featuring more than 5,000 artists across 200 cities. Their YouTube content has accumulated 1.56 billion views.
