Sony Music Publishing Unveils New Songwriter Creative Hub in Hollywood
Sony Music Publishing has opened a new state-of-the-art creative hub and office space in Los Angeles, located minutes from Hollywood's Vinyl District. The facility occupies a renovated century-old building, completely reimagined to enhance the creative experience.

- Professional recording studio with dual recording booths
- Artist lounge
- Collaborative office spaces
- Social areas for creator-staff interaction
All creative suites are acoustically optimized and equipped with cutting-edge production technology. The design, developed in partnership with WSDG studio architects and RIOS design collective, balances Sony Music Publishing's heritage with contemporary vision.
"Our focus has been on creating environments that nurture the talent, vision, and goals of our songwriters and people," says Sony Music Publishing Chairman & CEO Jon Platt. "Our aim was to build a space that supports songwriters every step of the way, welcomes creators, and supports their needs."
This expansion is part of Sony Music Publishing's global initiative to support songwriters, with recent developments across multiple territories including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Nashville, Spain, Colombia, Sweden, South Africa, and India. The company also recently established its Nashville headquarters in a 24,000-square-foot space at Music Row's 17th + Grand.
