The charges against Kingston (born Kisean Anderson) and Turner include:
- Conspiracy to commit wire fraud
- Five counts of wire fraud
- Grand theft
- Criminal use of identification
Both defendants pleaded not guilty to all charges. Their attorney, Robert Rosenblatt, maintains Kingston's innocence and plans to address double jeopardy issues between federal and state courts.
The arrests occurred on May 23, with Kingston taken into custody at Fort Irwin Army base during a performance, while his mother was arrested during a police raid at their rented Florida mansion.
Additionally, Kingston faces a $916,000 default judgment for unpaid luxury watches from Dream Watch company, including:
- A Richard Mille Model RM 65.01 Automatic ($534,000)
- A Patek Philippe watch ($378,000)
The lawsuit claims Kingston inspected and agreed to purchase both watches but never completed payment despite multiple excuses about wire transfer issues. He currently maintains possession of both timepieces without having paid for them.
