Major music industry organizations and artists are rallying to support victims of the Los Angeles wildfires through substantial donations and relief efforts.

  • Warner Music Group/Blavatnik Family Foundation: $1 million for relief and rebuilding
  • MusiCares: Over $2 million in aid distributed
  • Metallica's All Within My Hands: $500,000 split between two relief funds
  • Major corporations including Amazon, Comcast, and Netflix: $10 million each
  • Sony: $5 million
  • Paramount Global: $1 million
  • NAMM: $50,000 initial contribution

The California Community Foundation (CCF) Wildfire Recovery Fund is coordinating relief efforts, focusing on:

  • Housing assistance
  • Mental health support
  • Medical care
  • Infrastructure rebuilding
  • Emergency communication systems
  • Financial disaster assistance

The Pasadena Community Foundation's Eaton Canyon Fire Relief and Recovery Fund is working locally to:

  • Address immediate community needs
  • Support long-term recovery efforts
  • Coordinate with civic and nonprofit leaders
  • Ensure aid reaches those most affected

These funds prioritize underserved communities using data from CAL FIRE and the CDC's Social Vulnerability Index to maximize impact and ensure effective resource distribution.
