According to the lawsuit filed on September 11th, Richard claims Combs subjected her to sexual abuse, withheld earnings, and stole her copyrighted works. She also alleges witnessing Combs physically abusing his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, including incidents of choking, strangling, and assault with objects.

The lawsuit details that when Richard attempted to help Ventura, Combs allegedly threatened her life with statements like "you want to die today" and "I make n—— go missing."

During her time on MTV's Making the Band 3 and 4, Richard alleges Combs created inhumane working conditions, depriving band members of basic needs like food and sleep. When they requested breaks, he reportedly responded with derogatory comments such as "you bitches don't want this" and "I'm paying you bitches to work."

Richard recounts a 2005 incident where she witnessed Kim Porter, another of Combs' former girlfriends, leaving a studio crying with visible injuries. She describes this as her first realization of Combs' capacity for violence, followed by witnessing his "intimidating, predatory" behavior toward Cassie Ventura in 2006.

Combs and his legal team have not yet responded to requests for comment on these allegations.
