Diddy Jailed Without Bail on Multiple Sex Trafficking Charges, Trial Pending
Sean 'Diddy' Combs was denied bail and is currently being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) following his arrest on federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The federal indictment alleges that Diddy "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct" over several decades. The hip-hop mogul has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
His attorney, Marc Agninfilo, issued a statement emphasizing Combs' cooperation with investigators and his voluntary relocation to New York ahead of the charges. Agninfilo maintains his client's innocence, describing him as "an imperfect person, but not a criminal."
The Metropolitan Detention Center, where Diddy is being held, has a troubled history of poor conditions, including reports of rat infestations, temperature control issues, and inadequate food quality. The facility previously housed Ghislaine Maxwell during her sex-trafficking trial.
Diddy is scheduled to appear at a Manhattan federal court hearing on Wednesday afternoon to appeal the decision denying his bail.
