The September 27 show will be the first-ever concert at "The Big House," which stands as the largest stadium in the United States and third-largest globally. Bryan will be joined by John Mayer and special guests, with ticket prices ranging from $55 to over $1,000.

The event will utilize the stadium's 107,000-seat main bowl plus an additional 5,500 field-level seats. If all attendees show up, Bryan could surpass George Strait's current record of 110,905 fans, set at Texas A&M University's Kyle Field last summer.

"You guys just sold out the biggest show in American history," Bryan shared on Instagram, expressing gratitude to his fans. "I owe you my life, my humility, and every ounce of effort I have."

University of Michigan's Athletic Director Warde Manuel noted this concert represents years of planning, with AEG Presents partnering to bring this historic event to life.

The previous long-standing attendance record was held by the Grateful Dead, who drew 107,019 fans at a New Jersey raceway show in 1977.
