RSDL.io's key features include:

  • Automated payment processing
  • Split and recoupment management
  • Multi-level artist payout functionality
  • Revenue stream insights
  • Digital wallet for rights and finance management
  • Centralized revenue tracking

The acquisition brings RSDL.io's founders into WMG's ecosystem. Mike Holmes joins the WMG tech team to lead product solutions, while Jim Sella (Founder & CTO) will oversee platform integration and feature development. Sella brings over 20 years of technology and software development experience from major telecommunications companies.

"RSDL.io's state-of-the-art technology directly addresses the complex needs of independent artists and labels," says Cat Kreidlich, President of ADA. "Integrating this platform into our company's network advances our ability to deliver practical solutions to our partners across the globe."

The platform streamlines royalty collection and management for independent artists, automating financial processes so creators can focus on their music careers. RSDL.io provides transparent accounting and valuable insights for informed decision-making, addressing key challenges in modern music business management.
