Symphony Recording Co., established in 1983, has grown into South India's leading devotional music label, specializing in Tamil spiritual music. Their catalog includes:

- 100+ video albums
- Collaborations with legendary artists like Dr. Balamurali Krishna
- Nearly 2 billion YouTube views across 6 channels
- Doubled YouTube revenue in the past 4 years

ARC Musicq, a prominent Kannada music label founded in 1985, brings:
- Leadership in Kannada film soundtracks (75% of A-grade movie OSTs)
- Extensive folk and devotional music catalog
- 2+ billion YouTube views across 4 channels
- Quadrupled YouTube revenue in past 3 years
- Existing distribution partnership with Times Music since 2017
These acquisitions strengthen Times Music's position in:
