Talent agency 33 & West has officially dropped Kanye West from their roster following his recent controversial actions and antisemitic remarks. Daniel McCartney, the agency's representative, announced the termination effective immediately.

The decision comes after multiple incidents:

• A Super Bowl ad campaign promoting Yeezy.com featuring merchandise with swastika imagery
• An antisemitic tirade on X/Twitter on February 7
• Controversial appearance at the Grammys with his wife Bianca Censori
• Multiple public statements expressing Nazi sympathies and antisemitic views

This marks another significant professional relationship terminated due to West's behavior, following Adidas's cancellation of their $1 billion+ partnership in 2022, which reduced his net worth from $2 billion to $400 million.

In 2025, West faces additional legal challenges. A former marketing staffer has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging:

• Wrongful termination
• Targeted harassment of Jewish employees
• Documented antisemitic text messages, including "I am a Nazi" and "Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler"

The lawsuit contains evidence of direct communications showing a pattern of discriminatory behavior and harassment toward Jewish employees.

The termination by 33 & West comes just nine months after initially signing West, with the agency's website already removing him from their talent roster. McCartney emphasized that neither he nor the agency can support West's harmful and hateful remarks, leading to this decisive action.
