T-Pain Sells Publishing Rights and Select Masters to HarbourView Equity Partners

T-Pain has sold his entire publishing catalog and select masters to HarbourView Equity Partners, the alternative asset management company announced on February 20.

The six-time Grammy Award-winning artist has made an indelible impact on hip-hop, pop, and R&B, with over 50 million singles sold and billions of streams throughout his career.

The catalog includes numerous Billboard Hot 100 hits such as "Buy U a Drank," "Bartender," "I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper)," and his feature on Flo Rida's "Low." T-Pain's Grammy wins include Best Rap Song for "Good Life" with Kanye West (2008) and songwriting credits on Bruno Mars' "24K Magic" (2018).

"This catalog represents years of hard work, creativity, and unforgettable moments," said T-Pain. "I'm grateful to see it continue to reach new heights. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon."

HarbourView's founder and CEO Sherrese Clarke expressed excitement about the partnership, noting T-Pain's trailblazing influence on modern music. The company has accumulated approximately $1.45 billion in regulatory assets under management, including over 60 music catalogs from artists like Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie, Pat Benatar, Nelly, and Wiz Khalifa.

Beyond music, T-Pain leads several ventures including Nappy Boy Entertainment, Nappy Boy Automotive, Gaming, and Dranks. He's also established himself as a successful Twitch streamer, podcast host, and Global Gaming League Board Member.

Most recently, T-Pain has collaborated with artists like GloRilla ("I LUV HER"), Meghan Trainor ("Been Like This"), and EARTHGANG ("Love You More"), demonstrating his continued relevance in the music industry as he marks 20 years in the business.
