Two victims, an 18-year-old and a 36-year-old man, were found inside the bar in critical condition. A third victim, age 25, drove himself to a local hospital with a graze wound. The shooting happened while Boosie was still performing, with video footage showing the rapper ducking for cover when shots rang out.

Off-duty police officers working security heard the gunshots and called for backup. The suspect fled the scene and remains unidentified as police continue their investigation.

The venue, Status8 Elite Bar & Grille, will remain closed until Friday and has announced new security measures, including:

  • Metal detector installation
  • Updated dress code
  • Prohibited items list
  • Ban on large bags and lighters

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this event," Status8 management stated in a social media post.

Boosie Badazz has not commented on the incident and will continue his tour schedule, with upcoming performances in Philadelphia and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The shooting occurred after Boosie's performance at Cleveland's Rocket Arena as part of the Millennium tour, during an afterparty celebration at the Akron venue.
