Sean "Diddy" Combs faces severe federal charges as new evidence emerges in his ongoing legal battle. A male witness testified before the grand jury on Thursday, adding crucial details to the prosecution's case.

The hip-hop mogul pleaded not guilty to charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals across state lines for illicit activities. Prosecutors allege he led a network involved in coercion and abuse over several years. Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson suggests a superseding indictment may be forthcoming before the May 5 trial date.
