Sean 'Diddy' Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Allegations Involving Minors in Latest Lawsuits
In a shocking development, Sean "Diddy" Combs faces new sexual assault allegations involving minors, according to lawsuits filed in the New York Supreme Court.
Justice scales on dark background
The first lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, alleges Combs sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy in 2005. The victim, identified as John Doe, claims he was drugged and assaulted during what was supposed to be a music industry audition in a hotel room. The lawsuit states Combs threatened to harm the boy's parents if he revealed the incident.
A second lawsuit filed the same day involves a 17-year-old male who alleges multiple sexual assaults during "Making the Band" auditions in 2008. The accuser claims Combs and a bodyguard forced him to perform sexual acts under the pretense of "testing" his dedication to the music industry.
Combs' legal team has denied all allegations, dismissing them as publicity stunts. The music mogul is currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on separate charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty, with his trial scheduled for May 2025.
These cases are part of approximately 120 new lawsuits announced by attorney Tony Buzbee earlier this month. Combs remains in custody after being denied bail by two judges.
