According to Ray J, celebrities are proactively reaching out to potential accusers before they can come forward, offering financial compensation for their silence. He describes these arrangements as "catch-and-kills," where individuals are paid to keep quiet about certain truths while "watching the lie continue to succeed."

The 43-year-old singer, who was previously associated with Combs, claims that celebrities are contacting him due to concerns about his potential knowledge of their involvement. When pressed for specific names or details, Ray J declined to elaborate, stating he had "said too much."
