The platform combines content collaboration, messaging, and file management in one unified workspace. Key features include:

  • Centralized file management and feedback
  • Custom metadata fields
  • Playlist creation
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Project oversight capabilities
  • Custom integrations and reporting

According to customer data, Pibox has improved team efficiency by 86% by streamlining the creative workflow process. The platform already serves major clients including Sony Music Publishing, Universal Music Publishing Group, Epidemic Sound, and Bleeding Fingers by Hans Zimmer.

Ivan Talaichuk, Pibox co-founder and CEO, developed the platform to address the challenge of switching between multiple apps during creative work. The company plans to use the new funding to expand into the US market and enhance its services for music, broadcasting, and advertising industries.

The platform's integration of chat and file management has created what Talaichuk calls a "creativity vortex," enabling more efficient collaboration and innovation in creative workflows.
