Sean 'Diddy' Combs faces a new sexual assault lawsuit from model Crystal McKinley, who alleges he drugged and raped her at a New York City studio in 2003.

According to the lawsuit, McKinley, then 22, met Combs at a Men's Fashion Week event. After accepting his invitation to his studio, she claims she was offered Hennessy and cannabis, which she suspects was laced with drugs due to its unusually powerful effects.
McKinley alleges Combs forced himself on her in a bathroom, attempting to coerce her into oral sex. She lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. Following the incident, she claims she was blackballed from the modeling industry, leading to severe depression and a suicide attempt in 2004.
The filing references other lawsuits against Combs, including those from Cassie Ventura and Joi Dickerson-Neal, which motivated McKinley to come forward. Combs recently released an apology video following the emergence of footage showing him assaulting Ventura in 2016, which corroborated claims in her lawsuit that was settled shortly after filing.
Currently, Combs faces multiple civil lawsuits and is under federal investigation, with the Department of Homeland Security having raided his Florida and California properties in April.
