The 2025 Super Bowl halftime show featuring Kendrick Lamar has become the most-watched in history, drawing 133.5 million viewers and surpassing Michael Jackson's previous 1993 record. This represents a 3% increase from Usher's 2024 performance.

Peak viewership occurred during the second quarter between 8:00-8:15 PM ET, reaching 135.7 million viewers as audiences tuned in for Lamar's performance. The show featured special guests Samuel L. Jackson, DJ Mustard, SZA, and Serena Williams during the nearly 13-minute set.

Streaming platforms contributed significantly to the total viewership:

  • Tubi: 13.6 million viewers
  • NFL+ and other NFL platforms: Nearly 1 million viewers

The performance generated additional interest due to Lamar's recent Grammy success with "Not Like Us," which won all five of its nominated categories, making it the most decorated song in Grammy history.
