Catalog investment company Duetti has secured $200 million in new debt funding through two credit facilities - $150 million led by Truist Securities and $50 million from Viola Credit. This brings Duetti's total raised capital to over $435 million since its 2022 launch.

The company has expanded its investment scope beyond master recordings to include royalty and publishing catalog deals. Independent creators earning at least $2,000 annually from music rights can now explore partial or full catalog sales with Duetti, with transactions up to $7 million available.

CEO Lior Tibon emphasized the company's focus on serving independent musicians who have historically been excluded from traditional catalog deals. To date, Duetti has worked with over 700 artists, offering both financial support and marketing services including playlist placement and sync opportunities.

Singer-songwriter Anuhea praised Duetti's impact, noting how their marketing team helped her 14-year-old track "Come Over Love" gain viral success on TikTok while supporting the creation of new music.

The funding announcement demonstrates the continued strong investment interest in music rights, with Duetti positioning itself as a comprehensive financial and catalog services platform for independent creators. This latest round follows their previous raises of $114 million in October 2024 and $90 million in February of the same year.

The New York-based company provides marketing growth services alongside financial deals, including:

  • Playlist placement support
  • Sync licensing opportunities
  • Custom marketing solutions
  • Transparent and fast cash deals
  • Career development assistance
