The lawsuit, filed by Ashley Parham and two unnamed individuals (Jane Doe and John Doe), alleges a 2018 incident where Parham was drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted after allegedly commenting about Combs's supposed involvement in Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder during a FaceTime call.

According to the filing, the incident began when Shane Pearce invited Parham to his apartment under the pretense of needing help with cancer medications. The lawsuit claims Combs and associates entered through an unlocked door and assaulted Parham after threatening her about her Tupac comments.

Both Druski and Beckham Jr. have strongly denied the allegations. Druski stated he wasn't even in the entertainment industry in 2018, calling the claims "a fabricated lie." Beckham responded on social media saying, "That name will be cleared."

Combs's representatives dismissed the allegations, stating he wasn't in Orinda, California, when the alleged assault occurred. They noted that the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department had already investigated and found Parham's claims unfounded.

Currently, the 55-year-old Combs is being held without bail in New York City, awaiting a May 5 trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, which he denies.
