According to the lawsuit filed on November 27 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the incident occurred at Cassie Ventura's apartment, where Bongolan was staying. Combs allegedly entered uninvited early morning and confronted Bongolan on the balcony, where he:

  • Groped her breasts despite her protests
  • Dangled her over the 17-story balcony's banister
  • Slammed her onto patio furniture after Ventura intervened

The 4'11", 100-pound designer claims she fought to resist being thrown over while Combs allegedly shouted, "Do you know what the f—k you did?!"

The lawsuit also details other alleged incidents, including:

  • Combs forcibly drugging Bongolan during a photo shoot
  • Threatening her life, stating "I'm the motherf—king devil"
  • Witnessing domestic abuse between Combs and Ventura, including a knife-throwing incident

Bongolan seeks $10 million in damages for physical injuries and emotional distress. Currently, Combs remains in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial on separate charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, having been denied bail three times.
