Brendan Paul, previously arrested as an alleged drug mule for Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has had all charges against him dropped after completing a pretrial diversion program. The charges stemmed from his March arrest at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, where authorities discovered suspected cocaine and marijuana candy in his luggage.

Paul was mentioned in a civil lawsuit filed by producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones against Diddy, which alleged that Paul:

• Transported various drugs including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, and ketamine
• Carried Combs' firearm when they went out
• Procured and managed payments for sex workers

The arrest coincided with federal raids on Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami. Combs was subsequently arrested on September 16 on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail, with his trial scheduled for May.

Paul's attorney confirmed the case dismissal, stating, "Mr. Paul's case was formally dismissed today in its entirety. All charges have been dropped and the case is closed. Mr. Paul is pleased to close this chapter of his life."
