Phantom Management, the new in-house management firm, is led by Catherine Carlile, Brandi's wife and former head of The Looking Out Foundation. She will serve as senior manager alongside Carolyn Snell, who brings extensive experience managing global tours for artists including Janet Jackson, Reba McEntire, and John Mayer.

At CAA, Bryan Lourd and Rob Light will lead Carlile's representation team. The move appears to be motivated by a desire for fresh perspectives rather than any discord with previous representation.

This strategic shift aims to expand Carlile's presence in film, television, and publishing. A second book is confirmed with Harper Collins' Dey Street imprint, following the success of her New York Times bestseller "Broken Horses: A Memoir."

Carlile maintains her existing relationships with Low Country Sound and Elektra as her label, and Sack & Co. for publicity.
