Blockchain-powered ticketing startup Celebratix has secured $1.15 million (€1.1 million) in funding to fuel its international expansion plans. The Amsterdam-based company, founded in 2022 by Frank Roskam, utilizes Solana blockchain technology to enhance event revenue and customer data management.

Celebratix currently services approximately 40 events monthly, including Amsterdam nightclubs and festivals like Multigroove. The platform offers enhanced security features for ticket resale, improved organization capabilities, and marketing tools that enable organizers to promote ticket sales through customer referrals.
The funding round attracted notable investors including:

- Creative Clicks founder Taco Ketelaar
- Professional racing driver Giedo van der Garde
- Denise Boekhoorn (daughter of billionaire Marcel Boekhoorn)
The company has already expanded into Germany and plans to enter Scandinavian and UK markets. CEO Frank Roskam, 26, positions the company as a direct challenger to established players like Ticketmaster, focusing on fraud prevention and giving event organizers complete control over sales and data.
