The second accuser, identified as 'Jane Doe 2,' filed a lawsuit in Tennessee detailing an alleged assault in Las Vegas in July 2022. According to the lawsuit, she met Allen during a May 2022 flight to Nashville. The complaint states that Allen sexually assaulted her in his hotel room and secretly recorded the incident without consent. The victim reportedly took possession of the phone containing the recording and reported the incident to local police.

The first accusation came from a former day-to-day manager at Wide Open Music, who filed a lawsuit in May 2023. Following these initial allegations, Allen was suspended by UTA and The Familie management company, while Full Coverage Communications completely ended their relationship with him.

Allen has strongly denied the first set of allegations, stating his intention to take legal action to protect his reputation. His response to the second lawsuit remains unclear.

In their brief statement, BBR Music Group confirmed, "BBR Music Group has dissolved its relationship with Jimmie Allen, he is no longer an active artist on its roster."
