Sexual Assault Case Against Jimmie Allen Dropped as Former Manager Dismisses Lawsuit — Second Case Remains Active
Country singer Jimmie Allen's former manager, identified as "Jane Doe," has voluntarily dismissed her sexual assault lawsuit against him. Allen has also agreed to drop his countersuit for defamation. The mutual dismissal was confirmed by Jane Doe's attorney, Beth Fegan of FeganScott law firm.

While this particular case has been resolved, legal proceedings will continue against Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, who employed the plaintiff as Allen's day-to-day manager. The plaintiff alleges that neither Bowers nor the management firm protected her from Allen's alleged abusive behavior and terminated her employment when she reported the incidents.
The plaintiff had previously claimed that she clearly expressed her discomfort with Allen's behavior through various actions, including verbal objections and physical resistance. According to court documents, she alleged that Allen implied her employment was contingent on her silence regarding his conduct.
Allen still faces another active sexual assault lawsuit from a second Jane Doe, filed on June 9. This separate case involves allegations of assault in a Las Vegas hotel room and unauthorized recording. Allen has denied all accusations and filed countersuits for defamation in both cases.
