Nkoda has partnered with Universal Music Publishing, Concord's Boosey & Hawkes, and Wise Music Group to launch Kordl, a new streamlined platform for music rental and licensing management.

Kordl aims to revolutionize the music rental industry by providing a unified platform that handles all aspects of rental and rights management, including:

  • Ordering and fulfillment
  • Returns processing
  • Rights approvals
  • Direct customer communication

The platform is designed to replace existing legacy systems, offering publishers customizable B2B solutions. Future plans include expanding into recorded music licensing and sync rights management.

Lorenzo Brewer, Nkoda co-founder and CEO, stated: "We are in a unique position to combine our knowledge of their rental catalogues, and our understanding of their different internal business processes, with our deep technical and industry expertise."
