Attorney Ariel Mitchell, representing the unnamed witness, stated her client has presented video clips to a federal grand jury showing alleged incidents involving Combs and other entertainment industry figures. The witness was contacted by Homeland Security agents and subpoenaed to submit digital files and video footage related to the case.

The witness also claims to possess unedited writings by Kim Porter, Combs' former partner who passed away in 2018. These writings may soon be published through Amazon, though a previous attempt to publish Porter's memoir was halted when her children questioned its authenticity.

Combs faces multiple allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and violence. His trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025. While Combs and his legal team maintain his innocence, the new evidence could significantly impact the case's outcome. The federal grand jury's examination of the submitted materials will be crucial in shaping the prosecution's narrative.

The case has sparked broader discussions about accountability for high-profile figures and evidence standards in celebrity cases. As both sides prepare for trial, the developments continue to draw attention from media, legal analysts, and the public, potentially setting precedents for future similar cases.
