The collaboration enables artists to fractionalize their song royalty revenue and sell shares to fans, creating a shared ecosystem where both creators and supporters can benefit financially. The service is scheduled to launch in Q1 2025.

Roc Nation Vice Chairman Jay Brown emphasizes the partnership's goal: "Our mission is not only to support and empower artists by providing the tools and services they need to build a better music ecosystem but also to give everyone access to the financial opportunities the music industry offers."

Musicow US CEO Woo Rhee adds that the partnership aims to "drive innovation and redefine the future of our industry."

Key Features:

  • First MESP in the United States
  • Allows fans to invest in music royalties
  • Early users receive $10 in their Musicow wallet
  • Launch scheduled for Q1 2025

Notably, Musicow holds several patents related to music tokenization via NFTs on blockchain, though this aspect wasn't explicitly mentioned in the partnership announcement. The company has been operating in South Korea since 2017, where it successfully capitalized on superfan engagement with musical artists.

Early signup is available now for users who want to be among the first to earn royalties alongside their favorite artists when the service launches.
