The 58-year-old faces federal charges for allegedly running a criminal enterprise involved in racketeering crimes, including extortion, human trafficking, fraud, and murder. Before surrendering, Henley posted a video addressing the situation, stating, "I'm going to turn myself in and see what's going on. They're calling me a fugitive. They just raided all my houses."
Two other alleged members of the enterprise were also arrested:
- Sylvester "Vey" Robinson (59)
- Mark "Bear Claw" Martin (50)
In his social media statement, Henley accused hip-hop commentator Cash "Wack 100" Jones of collaborating with the FBI against him. He claimed the FBI had instructed celebrities to stop providing him with financial support, stating, "Y'all don't understand what the FBI do to Black men who try to help their community."
Wack 100 denied these allegations, suggesting that Henley and his associates were already under FBI surveillance.
Law enforcement has detained nearly a dozen Rollin' 60s members and associates in recent days. Four suspects were previously in custody, while authorities continue searching for five additional defendants.
