The 31-year-old singer received his sentence in Nashville, which includes:
- 7 days incarceration at DUI Education Center
- 2 years probation
- $350 fine plus court fees
- Conditional guilty plea with judicial diversion
If Wallen successfully completes his probation terms, the charges will be eligible for dismissal and expungement. The incident occurred on April 7 at Chief's Bar in Nashville, where police officers witnessed a chair falling from the six-story building's rooftop.
His attorney, Worrick Robinson IV, stated that Wallen has fully cooperated with authorities and apologized to all involved parties. The singer himself acknowledged his actions on social media, expressing regret and accepting responsibility while showing respect for law enforcement officers.
Despite these legal troubles, Wallen was named Entertainer of the Year at the 2024 CMA Awards, though he was not present to accept the award.
