According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ, LeMaistre claims she met Metro Boomin in Las Vegas during spring 2016, while she was grieving the loss of her 9-month-old son. The lawsuit alleges that during a subsequent visit to his Los Angeles studio, LeMaistre took half a Xanax and alcohol before losing consciousness. She claims she awoke to find Metro Boomin assaulting her before blacking out again.

LeMaistre states she later discovered she was pregnant and terminated the pregnancy in November 2016. The lawsuit also references Metro Boomin's song "Rap Saved Me," which LeMaistre believes references the incident through specific lyrics.

The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages for mental pain and anguish, plus punitive damages. Metro Boomin has not yet publicly responded to these allegations.

Note: These are allegations contained in a lawsuit and have not been proven in court.
