Live Nation has acquired a majority stake in Timeline, a talent management firm specializing in influencer representation. The acquisition marks Live Nation's first venture into creator-focused management, moving beyond traditional artist representation.

Timeline currently manages over 25 prominent influencers, including Jamie Lynn Spears, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Madeleine White, and Chantel Jefferies. Music industry veteran Larry Rudolph will join as a strategic advisor and partner through his Live Nation affiliation.

The partnership will enable Timeline to expand its services in:

Alexis Fisher, Timeline's Founder & CEO, describes the deal as "a defining moment for both Timeline and the broader creator economy," highlighting how Live Nation's resources will enhance their ability to support talent across multiple career facets.

Matthew Hansen, Live Nation Entertainment's Chief Strategy Officer, praised Timeline's integrated approach, noting that combining influencer management, branding, and touring represents the next phase of growth in the creator economy.

The acquisition positions Live Nation to capitalize on the growing creator economy while providing Timeline's roster with access to enhanced touring and production capabilities.
