Global pop superstar Katy Perry will donate £1 from every ticket sold during her upcoming UK Lifetimes Tour to Music Venue Trust (MVT), supporting grassroots music venues across the country.

The tour kicks off in October 2025, featuring shows at major arenas across five UK cities:

  • October 7: OVO Hydro, Glasgow
  • October 8: AO Arena, Manchester
  • October 10: Utilita Arena, Sheffield
  • October 11: Utilita Arena, Birmingham
  • October 13: The O2, London

The donation initiative aims to protect and improve UK grassroots music venues, particularly supporting places like Water Rats and Scala where Perry performed her first UK shows in 2008. All proceeds will directly fund initiatives supporting the UK grassroots music community.

"I'm proud to donate £1 from every ticket so that venues can continue to usher in the next generation of music talent," Perry stated, expressing her excitement for bringing The Lifetimes Tour to the UK.

Mark Davyd, CEO of Music Venue Trust, praised Perry's support, noting that the contributions will help keep venues open and enable promoters to bring new music to local communities.

The UK tour announcement follows successful ticket sales in Australia and Mexico, where additional shows were added due to overwhelming demand. Perry recently returned to the MTV stage, accepting the 2025 Video Vanguard Award and performing a career-spanning medley of her hits.
