Dolly Parton has announced an open casting call for "Dolly: An Original Musical," her upcoming Broadway production, searching for performers of all ages to portray different stages of her life.

The legendary country star invites both experienced theater professionals and undiscovered talent to audition for the opportunity to bring her story to Broadway, with the show scheduled to premiere in 2026 under the direction of Bartlett Sher.

To participate in the casting call:

• Upload a one-minute video singing your favorite Dolly Parton song to social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitter)
• Include the hashtag #SearchForDolly
• Complete the musical application form at dollymusical.com
• Submit before midnight on January 13, 2025

Special requirements:

• Applicants under 18 must submit their audition video directly through the website
• Selected candidates will audition in person with the show's casting director
