Diddy's Full Federal Indictment Details Charges of Racketeering, Sex Trafficking & Forced Prostitution
Sean "Diddy" Combs faces multiple felony charges according to a recently unsealed federal indictment. The charges include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The indictment alleges Combs:
- Created a criminal enterprise that coerced women into sexual acts
- Organized "freak off" parties where victims were recorded engaging in forced sex acts
- Used drugs to control victims, often requiring IV fluids for recovery
- Leveraged recordings as blackmail to ensure victims' silence
- Used his business employees to facilitate and cover up abuse
Federal prosecutors detailed criminal acts spanning 16 years, with racketeering charges dating back to 2008 and sex trafficking charges beginning in 2009. The indictment describes numerous instances of physical assault, including "striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking" victims.

During raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties, federal agents seized 1,000 bottles of lubricant and baby oil. The U.S. Government is seeking to recover significant financial assets related to these alleged crimes.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges in a New York courtroom. U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated the investigation remains ongoing and encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
The case follows a May 2024 incident where leaked hotel footage showed Combs allegedly assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Combs was denied bail and remains in custody awaiting trial.
