Diddy's $61.5M Beverly Hills Mansion Mysteriously Delisted Amid Legal Troubles
Sean "Diddy" Combs has reportedly delisted his Beverly Hills mansion from the market after failing to secure a buyer at the $61.5 million asking price. The property was initially listed less than six months ago, shortly before his arrest on federal charges.

The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion, purchased by Combs in 2014 for $39 million, has faced significant challenges in attracting buyers. The property was raided by federal agents in 2023 as part of an investigation into Combs' alleged illegal activities, reportedly resulting in substantial property damage.
According to Realtor.com, while the property was temporarily removed from public listing sites on March 4, it remains listed with Westside Estate Agency through agent Kurt Rappaport.
The mansion's recent history may be deterring potential buyers. Federal agents reportedly discovered weapons, drugs, and various items during their raid. Prosecutors allege the property hosted several "freak off" parties where Combs allegedly used his influence to coerce women and reportedly administered drugs without consent.
Combs, 55, is currently detained in a Brooklyn facility without bail, facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. He also faces multiple civil lawsuits from anonymous plaintiffs alleging sexual assault and illegal drug distribution. His $48 million Miami property was also raided as part of the ongoing investigation.
