The deal maintains Will Holland as Enhanced Music's leader, with Create Music Group CEO Jonathan Strauss and SVP Eric Nguyen joining the label's board. Enhanced Music operates several genre-specific imprints, including Enhanced Chill and Enhanced Progressive, and holds compositional interests in thousands of tracks from artists like The Chainsmokers, Wiz Khalifa, and Tiësto.

Create Music Group, valued at $1 billion following their recent $165 million raise, employs over 400 people globally. This acquisition aligns with a broader trend of dance music investments in 2024, including:

  • BMG's acquisition of multiple Eurodance catalogs
  • Believe's 25% stake purchase in Romania's Global Records
  • Armada Music's BEAT fund acquisition of Cloud 9 Music (publisher)

Adam Shomer, Create Music VP of business development, emphasized Enhanced's consistent growth and strategic fit within Create Music Group's portfolio, particularly noting the synergies in genre and one-stop rights management.
