The acquisition ensures Celebrity Attractions will receive necessary support and resources for continued success in the evolving touring entertainment landscape. Local operations will continue in both existing offices, overseeing Broadway series in Tulsa, OK, Little Rock, AR, and Springfield, MO.

Celebrity Attractions, established in 1983 by Larry and Kay Payton, has built a strong reputation for relationship-focused entertainment presentation. As a founding member of the Independent Presenters' Network (IPN), the company has invested in numerous Tony Award-winning productions, including recent hits "Moulin Rouge: The Musical" and "The Outsiders."

The company also manages two regional Jimmy Awards programs: the Discovery Awards in Tulsa and the Broadway Bound Awards in Little Rock, while maintaining active membership in the Broadway League.

Kristin Dotson, CEO of Celebrity Attractions, expressed enthusiasm about the merger: "This new relationship with ATGE will open a world of growth and possibilities. We will continue our trademark customer service and community partnerships, carrying on the Payton family legacy."

Kristin Caskey, ATGE's Chief Content Officer, North America, acknowledged Larry Payton's pioneering role in the touring industry and committed to honoring the company's legacy alongside Kristin Dotson and the existing staff.

The transaction was facilitated by Lisbeth R. Barron and Barron International Group as financial advisors to ATGE, with Foley & Lardner, LLP serving as legal advisor. Eller & Detrich acted as Celebrity Attractions' legal counsel.
