AEI Music Launches AEI Ventures to Invest in Music Industry ‘Outsiders’
AEI Music has launched AEI Ventures, a new investment initiative targeting entrepreneurs and innovators from outside the traditional music and hospitality industries, with a particular focus on historically marginalized communities.

The investment arm will be funded through reinvested profits from AEI Music, maintaining the company's 100% independent operational status. Selected founders will receive mentorship, peer support, and funding while joining a collaborative network of innovators.
The initiative follows the successful launch of The Halley, AEI's East London shared workspace and production studios, which has already fostered numerous successful collaborations within its creative community. The space will serve as an incubator for potential AEI Ventures investments.
Diluk Dias, Co-Founder & CEO at AEI Music, explains: "We've always found the most success when working with those that come from outside of the traditional sectors we operate in. AEI Ventures will expand this approach beyond dance music to bring more outsiders inside across music and hospitality."
As a certified B Corporation, AEI Music maintains high standards for staff welfare and environmental responsibility. Sarah Cole, Chief Operating Officer, emphasizes that this investment initiative aims to transform music industry culture by providing access and opportunities to previously excluded communities.
